Science Spotlight | Collaborative Engagement: How Effective Is Investor Engagement ?
For many years, joint engagement activities by investors in Germany were subject to legal uncertainties. Following the ECJ ruling, BaFin fundamentally updated its regulations on “Acting in Concert” in March 2026. This development represents an important milestone for collaborative engagement and is also of significant relevance to issuing companies.
What can we expect now following the ECJ ruling and BaFin’s response? And: does collaboration among investors lead to measurable changes within companies?
Dr. Catherine Marchewitz will shed light on and discuss, among other topics, the prerequisites for effective investor cooperation, current research findings on CA100+, and the question of how their impact can be empirically measured.
