About Us

Governance & Values GmbH was founded in 2018 by leading experts in corporate governance to support investors, intermediaries, and issuers in fulfilling their fiduciary duties and fostering balanced, healthy, and long-term value-enhancing governance practices.

In 2025 we extended the mission: to enhance the stewardship ecosystem in Europe. We provide a unified stewardship platform that streamlines interactions between all relevant stakeholders within the stewardship ecosystem, fostering trust, innovation, and better financial outcomes.

Our comprehensive service range tackles the major challenges stewardship is facing nowadays: an intuitive platform to manage, monitor and report on your stewardship activities, various formats to strengthen long-term dialogue between issuers and investors, training and education, advisory and, last but not least, access to an unrivalled network.

Training and education is provided by the German non-profit association Stewardship Professionals e.V., founded in 2022.
